Easy Vacation Plan for Bali Island

With flights becoming cheaper to Bali, more and more people are taking the opportunity to spend their vacation there. Either if you’re going for a week or two, one thing is for sure – you will want to come back.

Bali is just an amazing place to spend your vacation because there are a lot of things you can do and even more places to visit. It’s the perfect destination if you like to surf, volcano climbing, bike riding, yoga classes, retreat centres among so many others things. Plus, you just can’t forget about their delicious food.

So, here are some of the places you’ll like to visit during your holidays in Bali:

#1: Kuta/Legian/Seminyak/Canggu

In case you want to check out the heart of South Bali, these are the main spots. Beautiful beaches where you can learn to surf, a lot of restaurants and bars, and if you like to party, this is the right place for you.

#2: Bukit

Bukit is the home of the best Bali beaches. Located on the southern tip of Bali, it will seem that when you enter on the beach it will be like if you were “entering” on a postcard.

#3: Nusa Dua

In case you have a big budget, you should definitely consider Nusa Dua, the five-star’s Bali. From the most beautiful (and expensive) resorts to amazing restaurants and bars, this is where you’re going to find the world leaders.

Nusa Dua is the perfect place when you are taking your family on vacation. This is where the waters are calmer and you have a lot of self-contained resorts that will make sure to deliver all that you need.

#4: Ubud

While Ubud was amazing just a couple of years ago, the truth is that the popularity increase brought many negative things. From the terrible traffic and with almost every street featuring a hotel or a resort, this is a good vacation option for yogis and new agers. However, if you enjoy yoga and organic food, this is where you want to be.

#5: Sanur and Candi Dasa

When you are looking for a more traditional vacation style for your family, there’s nothing better than Sanur and Candi Dasa. While the beaches aren’t particularly beautiful, these can be the perfect spots to spend some slow days with your family.

#6: Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and Nusa Ceningan

These three islands have been gaining a lot of popularity in the last couple of years. They are located off the coast from Sanur and almost all the accommodation is only available in the Nusa Lembongan island. While Penida is perfect if you like the outdoors, both Lembongan and Ceningan are amazing for their surf and beaches.

As you can see, there are a lot of places you can visit. While there, you’ll find a wide range of different activities and places to visit.

Just one last piece of advice. If you’re having one week vacation, make sure that you only visit up to 3 of the destinations we mentioned above. Other way, you’ll simply be losing a lot of time packing and unpacking.
